Kitchen Talks: the food and culture of Timor Leste 2013

 

Kitchen Talks: the food and culture of Timor-Leste was a community arts project that involves first generation Timorese immigrants in celebrating their culture through images, recipes and stories collected in the kitchen with photographer Jorge de Araujo, and writer Carmelita Gomes. This exhibition was curated by Marnie Badham, in partnership with the Friends of Suai/Covalima, City of Port Phillip.
